Project ID Maker

Standard ID Generation

• Type the employee's First Name and Last Name in the text fields.
• Ensure the headshot image file is placed in the Photos folder named as Last-First.jpg.
• Click Generate ID to preview the badge.

No Photo Mode

• Switch on the No Photo Mode toggle if you don't have an employee photo.
• Type your custom text in the text area (e.g. VISITOR, SUBSTITUTE, VOLUNTEER).
• Use \n to force a line break in the photo space.
• First and Last Name are optional when this mode is active.

Printing

• Click Print once the badge looks correct in the preview.
• Ensure your card printer is selected in the print dialog.
